Ok, so you fancy a low-maintenance on-line income. You want to make easy money on-line. Of course you do. Don’t we all? But, you have no money to lay out on programs like SBI or hiring people to write content. What’s an entrepreneur to do?
Well, there are options. Not entirely for free, but certainly affordable. Get a reasonably priced hosting account (yes, you guessed it – I use HostGator and so should you), install WordPress (free) and get some good advice, of which there is plenty available for free (such as here and here). Follow these people’s advice, do your keyword research assiduously, create useful content for searchers (information, information, information), build your traffic, use Adsense and affiliate programs. In short – do; don’t read -DO!! You won’t make a cent from reading blogs. The only way ahead is to get some sites up (think several) – throw some mud and see what sticks. There are no hard-and-fast formulae, luck plays a huge part. At first – then, probably after a few failures – experience kicks in and you’ll improve your chances. The more sites you try, the luckier you get. Don’t get disheartened by failure – we learn by our mistakes. As much a truism here as anywhere else. Don’t give up.
